“Invisible Talent”
Title: Many immigrants are qualified, but they accept jobs that others reject.
Body: Thousands of immigrants hold university degrees (doctors, engineers, teachers).
LImmigrants don't take jobs away from Spaniards; rather, they fill jobs that aren't in demand locally, and many even arrive with high qualifications.
“Who fills what?”
Title: Immigrants don't take jobs: they complement them
Body: 65% of immigrants in Spain work in sectors with labor shortages: agriculture, construction, care work, and hospitality.
In these sectors, national hiring is insufficient.
Immigrants sustain strategic sectors → without them, there would be a shortage of services and rising prices.
Iconography: silhouettes of workers in agriculture, hospitals, construction, and restaurants.
